I sent mine out yesterday Jay. Every ones flies look great. I did this simple pattern because it has been one of my favorite searcher patterns over the last couple of years for carp.
Black ops
Hook: Gamakatsu SL 45 size 6
Eyes: XL black bead chain
Tail-Black turkey
Body: Dubbing loop of mixed uv and black dubbing

My mellow yellows are done and being sent out today. I will get a better picture and a recipe out as soon as I get my computer back and can take some better pics. Where is everyone in the swap from? I live just north of harrisburg. Anybody interested in meeting up this summer and trying these flies out? Maybe even showing a carp newbie how it's done?

Mellow Yellow Carp Fly

Thread: Yellow (Heavy Denier)
Hook: Allen Fly Fish Wide Gape Carp Hook 4-6
Eyes: wholesaleflycompany.com 5/32 black hourglass eyes
body: Yellow or Gold Stonefly Lifecycle Dubbing
Tail: Ginger or Tan Marabou
Legs: Black and Gold barred rubber legs
Hackle: Speckled Gray India Hen Back (2 Feathers)

Steps:
1) Attach hourglass eyes to hook.
2) Tie in marabou tail.
3) Attach 2 legs on either side of hook and trim to just past tail.
4) Dub Body
5) Attach Hen back feathers and use hackle pliers to wrap.
6) Tie off feathers and dub around eyes.
7) Whip finish (optional Head Cement)
