I dont know who originated this pattern. Craig Mathews?

I know its a great attractor. One of my faves.

Smallies love it as well.

This is a good video. Some good tips that helped me for sure. Check one more fly off the list that i have to buy!

I gave the slump buster a little bit of a warm water spin. Wonder if this will work for bass. I used rabbit, sili legs and some flashabou one this one. Cant wait to give it a try.

Trevor, I think bass will eat that up.

Thanks! I sure hope the bass like it. I have a decent amount of the bright tiger barred zonker strips I picked up on out of a clearance bin this year. I finally have enough confidence to tie this pattern up on bigger hooks.

Pyscho Prince Nymphs sz 16 on 1x long hooks. I need to use 2x long hooks, I just can't tie everything in and keep proper taper on the body. Oh well, I have never had a problem catching trout on these so they must not care as much as me.

Those look good to me. So how about you send me those defective ones and I send you a pack of #16 2xl nymph hooks?

Different colors on this one. I need to tie more of the same pattern in one sitting or at least at one time. They get exponentially better by the 3rd or 4th one I do.

Man...that is a gorgeous fly. Well done sir.

Great stuff folks (as usual) - always motivating to see what folks are tying.

Hendricksons!

I like to throw my flies in water and see how they look wet or when submerged.

I'm going to need the recipe for that one. It looks great.

Thanks man! I haven't fished it .

It's just a mop, Chenille, thin skin , and some turkey biots.

I'll pm you specifics later today. Looks pretty buggy anyways.

Great looking flys everyone.
