Sounds about right.

Put me on the list, I'll bring chicken fingers.......

I will be helping phish on again this year with anything cooking related. I am in on his tenderloin and wings and whatever else he wants to throw together.

No wings. To much equipment needed and to little space in the van. Although I would like to. Maybe next year. I need a pickup truck.

Testing the kosher pulled pork this afternoon, should be done in about 5 hours, low and slow.

sounds good

Confirmed on my part, though we'll see what lasts till the weekend.

I picked up a very large sirlion and a large pork roast, cut them into skewer sized squares, vacuum sealed and froze them. I'm taking marinade ingredients with me (lots of onion & garlic + soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, and red pepper), will likely mix it up Thursday morning, and put the meat in to soak as it thaws. Will fill a LARGE pickle jar and stay on ice in my cooler.

It'll probably be available every evening, starting Thursday, till it runs out. Willing to share with anyone, but likely to require self-cooking on Thursday and Friday. Could be grilled, but best over a fire, with a hot dog stick as the skewer. I plan to be out fishing pretty late those evenings, so I'd just tell you where it is and tell you to help yourself (and cook me a little for my return ;) ).

Whatever remains on Saturday evening, we'll cook it all.

Guys please let me know if this was already covered, but I will get spoons and bowls for this. Already getting the morning coffee supplies.

Yes / No ?

Dave, can never have to many of either. Ill also grab a handful of forks, knifes an spoons. Also ill grab a pack of paper plates. If there's anything anybody forgot. Come find me. illl prolly have what ya forgot.

Phish_on

I'll be loading up on some of this so we should be good for Saturday night. Good job on getting this part rolling.

I'm bringing bowls and spoons for the soup I'll have, and a pound of coffee as well.

I will bring some venison sloppy joes.

Don't rightly know how your gunna cook them. Unless you got a cabin with an oven. Or your bringig a fryer. But I'll make the proper adjustments to the list.

they'll be made/cooked beforehand, just got to heat them up.
I can bring a small stove for that.
Plus I'll have a few sauces with them.
