Are you sure that's a mustad 3365a? The reason I ask is I like tying on long shank hooks. I went on ebay and the 3365a hooks look a lot different that came up.

nfrechet: I have been enjoying the flies you post for years. I'm sorry it's taken me so long to tell you this, but man they are pretty! The precision of material placement is impeccable. And, your photos are excellent.

If I ever decide, in a moment of weakness, to post photos of my ties, I will be sure to zoom out and blur them just a bit. ;)

Hackle - Brown

Created by the late Bill Nault, from Marquette, Michigan, back in the mid to late 1960s. He modified this pattern from the original Betty McNall which was originally created in Denver, Colorado. This fly is also called the Coachman Betty.
