Getting the length of the partridge collar correct is tricky when all my feathers are too big for the hook. Some turned out better than others.

Been fishing a local lake with a lot of Cicada sounding off around the shore. Thought I'd tie some. Tied a few several years ago in orange. All the ones I've seen around my house are green and white. Tried to keep the blunt shape of the head. If I live to be a hundred I may get better at spinning deer hair. One lesson I learned about spinning deer hair is when you can't possibly add any more, add more.

Lately I've been trying to build a complete streamer box and I think it's about there. Patterns are Drunk Drea, Sex Dungeons, Sculpzilla, Banda Lechuga, Jigged Micro streamers two variants, Big Junk Sculpin, and some other randoms.

Also is pictured a white death variant using diamond braid rather than mylar, a 3.8mm silver bead with lead wrap body, and a tuft of marabou tail. Fur and feathers on this fly are from the UV2 series from spirit river which claims they are treated with a uv dip or something. We'll see what the fish think. With all my extra time I'm really getting ahead on the fall and winter needs. Hell I'm even mapping out spring needs on my tying tablets.
