Am I allowed to run a swap?

I have an interest in running a swap and would just like to make sure that I am allowed to do so before I throw it out there. I don't see any rules against it I just would like to dot all my I's. Thanks.

You are permitted to use this forum to organize a swap. The relative success of the same is on you as the organizer. The board ownership takes no responsibility in that regard. Good luck!
