What Handle and Why?

When I was younger it didn't seem to matter what style handle (grip) a rod had. But now that I'm older and my casting hand went south, I find that a full wells handle is much more comfortable to cast with. My small hand does not fatigue as much. Do you have a preference?

I like a modified full wells on my rods. Just more comfortable for me than a western or cigar.
