Does anyone know if they will have one this year?

The website shows a picture of what looks to be the 2017 button, but i didn't see anywhere where it was actually available.

I've gotten one every year and i think they are great all around. I just wish they would come out much earlier, be easier to purchase and arrive faster. More than half of the license year is already gone.

Agreed!
I went though this last year. It sucks and I won't likely purchase one this year. I'd rather just donate funds instead, too much wait and too much looking and footwork to get one.
