PM's from banned users?

I keep getting incoherent PM's from a guy who swears he knows me, but I don't know him. The odd thing is besides giving me 2 different names while not making a lick of sense in the process, when i click his profile to figure out who he is, i cant veiw it.

What gives? Can banned users send PM's?
It says I don't have permission to access this area. Yet I still get PM's from him.
Very strange.
Mods, feel free to access my inbox. I'll clean it up and just leave his PM's.

I got one a couple weeks ago and he called me Sal. The message as you said was pretty incoherent. I said he had the wrong Sal and was probably looking for you, so I must apologize if I have unleashed this nitwit on you.
