Hello,
My name is Steve and I'm a new member, here. I started fishing as a boy with my father and loved it. As I got older, jobs, family, and life in general got in the way and I never seemed to have the time. When I finally retired, about ten years ago, I got back into it, along with tying and I've been enjoying it more than ever. I live in the middle of the state and get down into the Ozark Mountains whenever I can, as well as occasional trips out west to the Rocky Mountains. I also fish annually in Indiana for smallmouth bass.
I'm not a big poster as I never feel like I know enough to offer advice, but I'm a good listener and hope to learn from everyone here.
I am a supporter of Project Healing Waters, and on another forum, I collect donations of flies and gear from the members and forward them to this very worthwhile organization.
That's pretty much all I know.
Be safe out there.
