This bill has not come to a vote as yet, they don't have the votes to pass it, but our work isn't done. These guys are snakes, I got a letter back from my representative that said he would vote against it. By the time I finished reading the letter, I was convinced he favored some form of oversight. Keep the letters going to you representatives and senators.
Particularly if you are in the district of Simmons and MacKenzie.

Yea, i've contacted my rep twice, and both times got back a standard response favoring the bill. Both time i replied back that he has lost my vote, and the votes from all others i can convince.

And now i just contacted him again, and again telling him he lost my vote, but i expect the same type of response. I will eventually run into him and will tell him personally.

I'm not sure how but between now and when this comes up again, sportsman should be proactive and on the attack to stop this bill. More than just letters. Perhaps petitions?
