Up here in Erie we are 8" short normal.
Fall is normally the wettest season, with September and October the wettest two months of the year. Nearly 40 percent of Erie’s rainfall occurs from September through December.

Not over yet but Erie does appear yo be on the outside. The rest of us will take anything.

It's probably cuz the ground is rock hard and non-absorbant, but the sump pump kicked on so we must be getting a decent amount.
