Critique, Tips, Suggestions for a Newbie

Been a while since I got the chance to tie. Got some materials in today for the flies I want to tie up for my trip this summer. Sat down and tied a couple #4 Mickey Finn flies after the kids went to bed.

First two photos are the first tie. Second two shots are flie #2. Tail is too long on the first one. Little bit better on the second one. Not bad, but could be better.

Practice practice practice.

Thanks Jerry. Not sure how I missed that! Yours and Charlie's fly box were the first two places I checked for how-tos.
