Here is some information on the Yellow Pearl: Tail: Cream, Body: Pale Yellow, Tinsel ( Palmered Body) Gold or Silver, Hackle: Grizzly. Hook:10. What I do not know, is the type of fly ( Wet, Streamer, etc.)
This is a very old pattern and was popular on First Fork (Sinne.).
