Valley Creek

Ended up taking a quick trip to Valley this AM and fished for about 4 hours. Very low, good temps and the fish were willing to bite but I saw a LOT of dead crawfish and frogs, really good size too. I never saw this many before, anyone else notice this as well that's been there lately? Is this normal when it gets that low?

I can't see dead crayfish and frogs as being normal in any case. It surely doesn't sound good, whatever the cause.

Not sure about the frogs, but the dead crayfish may have been molts(?). Stream and river shallows are covered with 'em right now - this is normal.
