T.U. cannot buy land, it's not what they do, they'd have to be set up as a Land Trust or some other type of non-profit.

Chaz where are you getting that less then 6 TU do stocking cause I can name 6 and your saying less then that?
On the PA Coop nursery program-Arrowhead TU, Neshannock TU, Chestnut ridge TU, Muddy creek TU...not on the coop nursery but still stock fish SE Montgomery TU, Schuylkill TU...im pretty sure more then that stock too.

they do everything people wrote they want TU to do. LJRA worked to stop stocking over wild browns and secured miles of public access though easements and landowner cooperation.
And it's local and run by all volunteers. No Staff or CEOs
