I actually miss summer evenings tossing a jitter bug to bass as the sun fades on still water.

Absolutely quiet, peaceful and beautiful, then suddenly, explosive on the take.

For me anything topwater is very exciting. Dry fly, whopper plopper for smallmouth or musky or a popper for Striped Bass. Fly rod or spinning, its all good.

The main reason I fish mostly dry flies. Love the visual aspect.
