I actually miss summer evenings tossing a jitter bug to bass as the sun fades on still water. You guys are almost convincing me to just give up the fly rod and return to a spinning rod!
Trust me big browns at nite also love em 😉. Black jitterbugs on a dark moon ........I actually miss summer evenings tossing a jitter bug to bass as the sun fades on still water.
Absolutely quiet, peaceful and beautiful, then suddenly, explosive on the take.
For me anything topwater is very exciting. Dry fly, whopper plopper for smallmouth or musky or a popper for Striped Bass. Fly rod or spinning, its all good.I actually miss summer evenings tossing a jitter bug to bass as the sun fades on still water.
