No ketchup in mineAnother example of ketchup on beef. Dang. I was short sighted in my accusation. 😔.

Hard to drive past there and not stop.It takes 10 minutes to renew your drivers license but you have to wait 2 hrs until it's your turn. So obviously I killed much of that time on here and now I blame this thread for the rolls, cuts, cheese, sun dried tomatoes and cannolli I got at Delallo's on the way home.
I like mayo on a cheesesteak sometimes. One newer place in Maple Glen (by Ambler), Verona Pizza, offers their cheesesteak with Duke’s mayo if you want it. Super good. Definitely in my top 3 cheesesteaks. Here's another two I do. FWIW - I like mayo with my beef sandwiches and have even been known to get mayo on a cheesesteak:
Cold meatloaf sandwich with mayo and cheese.
A halupkie sandwich made wit a-coupla (as they say in the Skook) leftover cold halupkie cut into slices with mayo and cheese if you wish.

I like Martin's plains. They are good. We have so many good chips and pretzels in PA.That’s a Martin’s bag.
Nice. My wife stopped at Andiamo, the new store Rizzo's opened up on 22 in Delmont. It is an italian market with precooked hot foods for take out and got our dinner. Not quite as much stuff as Delallo but pretty cool place.View attachment 1641240010didn't have to cook, so....

These ones are up there. Honestly my wife makes the best pepperoni rolls I have ever had. And I am being serious, she doesn't read the forum 🤣Pepperoni rolls! WV’s best food contribution to the world. And my all time favorite fishing lunch.
The best are found in Fairmont, WV, but The Pie Shoppe in Laughlintown has to be high in the running for best in PA.
I found a pretty good dough recipe and make them homemade at home too. Sometimes I put Cooper cheese in them.

A lot of my judgment comes from how good they taste even after they aren't fresh. Her's don't get dried out after sitting for a couple days. I think she uses the canned pillsbury biscuit dough and doesn't over do the amount of dough. If we’re ever at the same PAFF function at the same time, I will be happy to sample and provide feedback. 😜
I believe you though. Homemade are the best.

I've had their cheesesteaks, they are very good too.dalessandro's have always been my fave.
