This years best fishes

Link is goofy for me, but my biggest trout outside of lake erie tribs. 24" bow

Figured I'd do an update. I was able to get out this weekend and get 2 PB's. A hell of a couple Browns and a nice fat rainbow. Browns were starting to spawn and I didn't mess with any paired up but fish in riffles and pockets were willing to take an olive nymph when presented.

Here's the best brown I've been able to land to date:

Congrats Starvin, some fine browns and bow.

my best was a 20lb carp, 20" smallie, a 18" letort brown, 23" bow and 12" brookie from big spring

Here was my best carp of the year. Caught it on top on a deer hair mulberry fly at the end of May. Fell just 1/2" short of 30 inches.

I pulled a hog out (twice) on a local stream that in all actuality, probably shouldn't be there but there he was. Caught a chunker brown out in Vermont, but those aren't really the fish that stand out to me. Vermont was a high spot, catching the "trifecta" every day and several times a day, the solitude of the streams up there, the scenery, and diversity of fish was just amazing.
