Terrestrial Swap

Flies are in the mail and I am posting your USPS tracking #'s on your PM's. Multiple members tied MORE than one pattern so i hope that you are all happy with the haul! We had a LOT of focus on the Big 3 - ants, beetles, and grasshoppers. I included a general terrestrial pattern (OK, OK - it can be taken as a hopper imitation! ), a leaf hopper pattern (NOT the Jassid pattern!), and a Yellow Jacket imitation with a fun story behind it (there was a mention or two of booze used while tying!).

Hope you all enjoy your flies and I'll be posting another swap in a few weeks with a January flies-in-by date so we avoid the holiday season! Hope to see you then!
