Fishidiot is correct above for the comments to the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission.
HOWEVER,
Pa anglers who hold Pennsylvania Marine permits for fishing the Delaware received an email survey from the PFBC last week on their tidal Delaware regulation preferences for the April/May period during which striped bass are presently managed with a slot limit. They have until early November to complete that survey.
