Rod repair?

I have on old Diamondback 7034 Carbonite DGS700 Graphite I bought back in the 90s. My son accidentally broke the internal ferrule off and part of it is stuck in the female portion of the rod. Also the end tip eye was broken off. Can this be repaired? If so can anyone recommend a rod builder or repair facility? Thanks.
