Polar Fibre Game Changer
My first time tying the Game Changer, The movement looks like a real fish. I was inspired to give these flies a try after I purchased the Game Changer book.
Mad River Outfitters has a nice detailed video on how to tie this fly.

Curious, how long to tie 1 fly ? Also what's the minimum amount of time it would take after a few tries ?

Spring pickerel

That was the first time i tied that fly. It was close to 30 min since i had to keep looking at the directions.

Jointed Rapala.

As neat as they are, they just take too much stuff and time. And if you F-one up and it doesn't swim or it spins or something, it's a big wasted investment.

I tie some LMBass foam sliders with Rainy's 'Joom Diver' heads and some of those don't work very well. I don't have a smam-dunk recipie for them and some things I put on them, a real 'pro' tyer would say "don't do that. It'll flip over on its back" which is what happens some times. And that's so terribly frustrating and deflating.
A badly-performing Game Changer ....I don't want to think about it.

The sparser the better for game changers. The all -feather versions are probably the easiest tie and make behave correctly. That said, they are a huge time drain and just not something I've stuck with.

When they work, their action is pretty cool.

And I thought the henryville special used A lot of different materials!
