Peacock Fuzz

A friend of mine with a teenage daughter is have her strip peacock herls for me. I really like Perdigons tied with quills. Is there anything that I can do with the fuzz?

That's what I've done in the past, but you can buy 'em clean now, can't you?

I strip them as needed by pulling them between my thumbnail and the pad of my index finger. Doesn’t take long. I throw the fuzz in my trash bin. I’m not sure there is anything you could use the spoils for. If you want to use the fuzz it’s best to leave it on the herl.
