well, here's the recipe for my submissions:

Czech Nymph

Hook: Heavy Scud Hook, #6-14 (submitted flies are on #8 JS 500's)
Weight: several wraps of .010 or .015 Weighting wire
Thread: Light Cahill 8/0 UNI thread
Shellback: 1/8" scud back (most of these are brown, a few are clear)
Under Rib: Pearl Krystal Flash
Rib: 6x mono tippet material
Abdomen: rabbit dubbing (20 are Insect Green, 20 are Olive)
Hot Spot: Ice Dub (20 are UV Orange, 20 are Hot Pink)
Thorax: Brown Hare'e Wiggle dub in a dubbing loop
Head: Black permanent marker

Recipes for my flies.

Honey wooly bug

Hook- size 10 dry fly straight eye
Bead- black size 1/8
Thread- black 6/0
Tail- under side fox squirrel tail
Body- medium ginger rayon chenille
Hackel- tan saddle hackel ( Iike the hackel to be have heavy fibers )
Hackel an tail can be trimmed to desired length

CJ 'Grey Ghost' caddis larve

Hook- size 16 caddis hook
Bead- nickel size 3/32
Thread- black size 6/0 ( really dosent matter, you never see it )
Body- grey 'life cycle' caddis dubbing
Thorax- blue dun rabbit dubbing
