The "Refrigerator hole" the Kid is referring to is on the Tulpehocken aka the Tully I believe.

Junction pool - Delaware. Although I know of several other junctions of east and west branches of streams thats usually referred as that.

Refrigerator hole: Probably more than one out there. The one I know is on E Branch of Tionesta. I know it isn't the correct one, but I did caught a few trout out of that hole because it was well stocked.;-)
