This really strikes home with me. I grew up about 2 miles from Angelica Creek and spent many days/years fishing it. I now live about 5 miles from it, but ignored my childhood haunts.
In the past few years I often looked at it and couldn't help but think it HAS to have wild browns in the lower region. I often hiked Nolde Forest with my son and saw small wild browns in the creek, and the small trib at Nolde Forest. Thanks, Mike for re-igniting an interest to fish it.
I always believed the section at Angelica Park (the former site of the impoundment) is off-limits. Is this still correct? IMHO, it would be an area for tree planting along the stream.
