I actually live in Fargo but grew up in Pennsylvania. Was a really nice weekend for November and the fish were eating clousers and crayfish looking patterns .

Redhorse fight just like brown trout . Most of the gamefish return to the lake or deeper holes down river .

Heard native red horse suckers have huge runs like salmon. How do you target them? With the inferior-sub terminal mouth i am trying to solve this problem with nativr white suckers and northern hog suckers right now here

I just fish for them in the winter on nice days (rare out here) . Mostly catch them on trout nymphs and this little white jig .
