Anyone know a web site where I can download stencils for mayfly wings....?

for what purpose...maybe if you describe the work flow we can find a something suitable.?

I found them while doing a search and have them saved somewhere, but I can't find them online now.
It was a fly shop online.

How to make your own wing burners.

If you're not the patient sort, or have a Dremel tool :-D , it's probably a good idea to just buy them. They're only like 5 or 6 bucks for a set of three......

The above link is a pdf file, and if you print the stencil page, it will be full size.

Can you trace these?

Duh, ok...I have one for caddis. I never thought of a stencil for making one...

I didn't know you wanted a wing burner. I was thinking the stencils that you cut out and tie on the fly -- like the pre-colored stonefly wing cases.

Not sure he wanted a wing burner either, but in the pdf file, there is a stencil sheet with the correct to scale sizes of wings that could be used to cut wings out, as well as burning them.

Imagine burning wings out of, say, some sort of plastic film type material, and you could see why he'd want a stencil to cut them out. :-o
