Long Run

Has anybody had any experience on Long Run in Potter county? Just curious, because it's been on my hit list for a long (pun) time. Just haven't gotten to it. If it's touchy, a PM's good. Thanks fellers.

I'm been wanting to fish it for years, since a friend of mine mentioned he'd fished it. But I haven't yet. Having just come back from NCPA after a 4 day stay, I'd say wait till fall, streams and fish are a bit stressed up there now, and the fishing will suck unless it rains.
Even the rain Weds. didn't help, about a 1/2 inch. But it didn't fall everywhere.
Got a report 1.5 inches fell in cedar Run but just down the rocs, a couple miles at most only got only .7 inch.
At our camp, we got 1/2 inch.

I just fished there, but you shouldn't. Surely that is not the message. Walking around in the mountains isn't a bummer, even if you don't fish. Just go and see what's going on. In the Long Run, you will benefit.

PS, please do not fish Dry Run. It is really low on July 25.
