Now the one that just had 4.3 in Lititz just went to .1 and when you click on the station it says 1.57.

I meant more is it 12 hours, 24 hours, etc. They all seemed updated.

TYPICALLY weather station data is displayed as DAILY RAIN which means from midnight in your time zone to the current time in your time zone. That means you have to look at multiple days if a rain event crosses midnight.
This is different to RAIN STORM that is from the beginning of a rain event to the end, with the end being after a certain amount of time with zero rainfall.
The weather station consoles I have in my house display the DAILY RAIN, RAIN STORM, MONTH TO DATE, and YEAR TO DATE totals on one screen as well as FORECASTS, CHANCE OF RAIN and RAINFALL RATE on one screen and historical data & graphs on other screens so it's a bit easier to figure out.
