JP Ross fly rods?

Just curious if any forum members have owned any JP Ross fly rods. I was looking at their line up on computer and was especially interested in the smaller rods they have. I probably would not buy without trying but they have some 5 ft rods that look like a possibility. I have tried 5 ft rods in the past and never found any that could do much. My experience is that any under 6 ft and 3 wt. have been worthless

I have 3 or 4 JP Ross rods. I have a 5' 2/3wt, 2 7.5' 4wts, and an 8' 3wt. All of the rods are terrific. I've never had any issues. I really enjoy using the 5 footer for the tiny little brookie streams in northcentral, PA. Let me know if you have any questions.
