Yep. Me and some friends were on Spring Creek below Benner Hatchery one fall day years ago. We were sight casting to feeding browns and hammering them on green weenies.
And yes, I know people who turn their nose up to the green weenie, mostly the tail, but they do work. I have had success with them a lot on freshly stocked fish. ;-)
