Does anyone have a good recipe or recipes for grilled/smoked/fried/baked/etc. panfish?

i like to take bluegill fillet them, sprinkle them with some salt, pepper, cajun seasoning, then squeeze a fair amount of lemon on the pieces and add a little butter in a tinfoil boat if that makes sense

throw it on the grill or the oven.. thats what we usually do with all our fish

im sure others will have more extravagant recipes.

Thanks you two I'll have to try them!

I like to fry them in butter with some pepper, then get the meat off of the bones. Make sure I've got all the bone out and put it in an omelet. It's very good.

Any recipe you use on trout will work.

Similar to slinger except substitute Old Bay seasoning for the Cajun seasoning.
