Your administration should help you once your club gets started. A principal can send out an email asking faculty if they are interested.

Update: I'm pretty sure that the club's have to wait until next school year. I'm hoping that I'm wrong, as it would be nice to start this spring.

I second the motion of finding a local TU chapter or other local fly fishing club. If you have a local fly shop you can start there. You might also ask your principal if there are any teachers that fish. That teacher would probably help you get set up.
