Well well well. Today I received a 7wt 9' Daiwa. On it, poised for panfish plunder, is a pflueger auto with 8wt cortland all-purpose. No backing.....there is no room. It casts like a dream without any fly on the leader. I hope to install a 60" heavy furled leader and use 3-5' of 2x tippet. hopefully it will lay out #2-#8 various streamers at Gouldsboro.
