No connection at all to this seller, so ymmv - I don't see a scammer here, looks like 100% feedback, over 2700 positives (one neg?) - his prices on the vises are very high, though. Here is the other one I mentioned I was looking at - price too high here, too.

I just love the Regal vises, I always look for deals on them, even though mine is perfect... nary a complaint. Mine is the standard jaw version with the bronze pocket base.

What would you consider a fair price on that vise?
It has a make offer feature. You could send him the price you are willing to pay, he may accept it.

Yeah, I did notice that, but after the Flyfishing Show this weekend, my offer would be sad and insulting unfortunately.
