coming to mechanicsburg and want to fish spring creeks

Can someone point me in the right direction for fly shops and spring creeks in the mechanicsburg area. i will be in town for a wedding and have saturday morning to fish. i would prefer spring fed PA streams that hold wild trout but don't know where to go. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Stop by Yellow Breeches Outfitters in Boiling Springs, they'll point you in the right direction. Take Route 174 from Mechanicsburg into Boiling Springs and the shop is on the left right across from Boiling Springs Tavern. Might as well fish the Breeches while you're there or try the Letort in Carlisle.

I'll second Decker's suggestion to visit Yellow Breeches Outfitters and hit Letort or the Yellow Breeches itself. If you click on the link in the upper right side of this page, Pennsylvania Trout Streams, there's info on trout streams across PA. The Stream Reports forum usually has some pretty up to date reports on conditions on these streams as well as experienced by our members.
