Cheeky Reels

Hi, I'm looking into getting a new reel for a 7'5" small stream rod. I'm looking at the Cheeky 300 size reel. Looks like it will fill the ticket for me. Plus it's made in the U.S.A.. Anybody use them and what do you think of the reels , pro and cons. Thank you.

Never used one but have handled them and wasnt particularly impressed. Also they are not made in the usa as far as I know. They were in the beginning but are made overseas now.

Thanks. I was looking at there website, thats where I got the made in the U.S.. Now I don't know. Might have to look at a Lamson reel.

That's probably a better course of action. Lamson's have served me well.

I know ,I have two of the older Lamsons I use , there still running strong and I love them.
