BOA laces vs traditional laces

It's been mentioned before but I personally skied in boots with a similar system over 25 years ago. Nothing new or gimmicky about them. I don't think wading is any more stressing than skiing or boarding. But I don't get out 200 days a year.....I have a wife.

BOA gives the repair laces and gears for free on their site. don't know what you would pay for it.
