Big Spring - Signage for Artificial Lures, Not Fly Fish Only

Saw this posted on a feed on FB, so I cannot verify the authenticity. Allegedly posted recently on Big Spring Creek. If this is factual, does anyone know anything? I am not aware of a change in status from fly fishing only to artificial lures.

Straight from the PFBC map, which i would think would be updated BEFORE signage goes out. Could be wrong.
