Anyone recommend a guide service for Chester County area?

I'm interested in a guided trip both to avoid another skunking and also work on my lacking skills all around (i.e. methodology, technicals, etc). I'm in Chester Co and can go to East Brandywine, French Creek, or anything like that around (even Tully is fine).

Anyone suggest a good local guide that would be a good fit?

Rick is good people. He'd would be a great choice. Never fished with him but have seen his TU presentation, which was excellent.

Tom and Pete with CatchingChrome are definitely worth checking out! TB is on this board and I'm sure they could put something together for you. I fished at one of their "camps" last year and had a heckuva good time!
