I remember Arctic Creels all to well but I never owned one. I also seem to recall that in my youth there was a ruler printed on either the top flap or bottom of the bag.
I also remember more than a few locals forsaking it as a fish carrier and instead using one as a poor man's version of a Hardy or Chapman tackle bag.
I did a quick search and apparently they are still made however they cost almost as much as a real Hardy bag...
