Advice for new PA transplant

In my experience, for the creeks in the Lehigh Valley you do not need anything heavier than a 4 wt. I will fish a 3 or 4 wt on about 95% of my outings in the area unless the water is high and I decide to throw something big. And on the creeks, even the last 5% is only a 5 wt. However, I will introduce the 6 wt to the Lehigh when I decide to fish that with a streamer. The creeks are not too big, a lighter rod with decent reach will be more than suitable.

But hey, most sticks will work if you have the right bugs. On the streams in this area you might be putting on your smallest flies most times lol.
