Troutbert is correct. The streams on that list are going to receive class a protections, but they still will be stocked.

The article linked there discusses this topic. And I also heard a PFBC manager explain this proposal at a TU meeting. And it all checks out.
They are proposing continuing stocking all the stream sections on that list, except for the section on Martins Creek. It will come up for a vote at the Jan. meeting.
You might want to contact your commissioner again.
