I came across a fiberglass conolon 6100and a Jc Higgins bamboo 3034 with original bags that I payed 25$ for. Anyone now anything about these rods?

JC Higgins was a Sears offering; the "brand" was not just applied to fly rods, but all types of sporting gods that they sold from 1908-1962. From what I understand, they were a lower end rod and were made by a number of manufacturers over the years.
