Women's Chest Waders

This is an odd one fellas...

My wife saw some light blue women's neoprene chest waders. She wants them but has no idea when or where she saw them. Any ideas where I can find such a thing?

I know hodgman's sells blue neoprenes. Not sure they're lady specific though.
