Cool stuff! He's a Salus graduate just like my son! I wonder if they were feeding on top or just playing around. As he said, they are surprisingly active!
 
That’s pretty awesome. The head shakes and yawns remind me of betta fish. Just watching this reminds me of sitting and watching my betta fish years ago. They are very active fish and very very aggressive when in a proper tank by themselves (males). Wild betta also remind me of little native Brookies.

It was cool to see the Brook trout sample the pretty large twig and spit it out. Also good perspective to see the different currents, the little cave they used and just how much they moved around the pool.
