Made it out to Laurel Highlands to fish a small stream today. I wore a long underwater top and a raincoat and it was too hot- especially with a lot of humping up hill.
Fished this stream for the third time this year and it fished the best today. I’d guess tomorrow will be even better with less sun and slightly cooler. 60 in the mountains today. No trouble sleeping tonight. Good luck to all fly anglers- especially those that call off work.
