Time with my boys and my elders (the ones who are still around).
Sightings of eagles, bears, mink, beavers, deer, otters, kingfishers, bats - anything on land or in the air with a heartbeat.
The one-out-of-a-hundred times that I get everything right at exactly the same time that a fish responds accordingly.
Seeing a kid - anyone's kid - catch a first fish.

I forgot trout lilies. For some strange reason, I really like to see them - and my son won't let me dig one up and take it home.
